Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using this website (the "Site") or any services offered by The Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and represent a licensed cannabis operator or qualified applicant to inquire about facility services. Individual consumer accounts are not offered.
3. Applications & approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications, leases, and partnerships are subject to management approval, licensure verification, background checks where required, and adherence to Arizona cannabis laws.
4. Payments & fees
Deposits, rent, and fees are documented in signed engagement agreements. Payments are processed via ACH, wire, check, cash, or other admin-confirmed methods. All payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated in your agreement.
5. Facility access & compliance
Facility access requires a valid Arizona Facility Agent card and management approval. You agree to comply with all Arizona Department of Health Services rules, facility SOPs, security protocols, and applicable state and local laws at all times.
6. Prohibited conduct
You will not: (a) misrepresent your licensure or identity; (b) make non-compliant medical or marketing claims; (c) divert product outside licensed channels; (d) interfere with other tenants' operations; or (e) violate any law or regulation.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by The Hub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content without written permission. Brands retain ownership of their own trademarks and formulations subject to the terms of their engagement.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided "as is." The Hub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of use of the Site or services.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
11. Changes
The Hub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
